About Us

Totnes Carers Counselling was established in November 2020 and is managed by Counselling Connection Devon CIC.  It is the only low-cost counselling service in Devon dedicated to meeting the needs of unpaid, adult carers.  We meet with carers in-person in Totnes and work online and by 'phone with carers throughout Devon.

The service is provided by a team of counsellors who give their time voluntarily.

We aim to offer counselling which is:

• sensitive to the particular issues that carers commonly face

• as accessible as possible, recognising the constraints frequently faced by carers 

• as affordable as possible, whilst ensuring the viability of the service
